We have worked hard to make things simple for you.
Each medication that is listed in Prescritpion Perks has up to three possible offer types:
Online Offer
Medications with this icon have online savings offers that will allow you to quickly print off valuble savings right from your computer. After printing, bring the offer with you to the pharmacy and give it to
the pharmacist when filling your prescription.
In-office Offer
Medications with this icon have offers that you can receive from the doctor who has written your prescription. In many cases, there may not be an online offer available, but you may receive an offer from your doctor. In addition,
there are certain times that there may be an online offer available, but a better offer may be obtained from your doctor.
Patient Assistance Program
Medications with this icon have patient assistnance programs available. Many times, pharmaceutical compaines will have special programs in place for those in need. In most cases, certain requirements will need to be met.
Each program will have its own set of requirements. To learn about the programs available for a particular medication, visit the link provided on each offer page.
In addition to the various offer types, each offer may have different features:
Instant Pharmacy Rebate
Offers with this icon indicate that savings are received instantly at the pharmacy. By presenting the offer along with your prescription to the pharmacy, you will instantly save money and reduce your out of pocket
expenses.
Mail-in Rebate
Offers with this icon will require you to mail in the rebate in order to receive the savings. In most cases a short form will need to be filled out an mailed in along with your pharmacy receipt. These offers can then take
several weeks until you receive your rebate.
Free Trial
Offers with this icon will allow you to receive a free trial. This often will include anywhere from 1 week to 1 month of free medication. As with all offers, the free trial offers require a prescription from your doctor.
Reusable
Offers with this icon indicate that they can be used more than once. By holding on to the rebate card/form you can enjoy additional savings on prescription refills.
Registration Required
Offers with this icon indicate that registration is required. Some online offers will require you to fill out a short form or questionnaire prior to printing out your rebate. Information that you provide may
at times be used by the pharmaceutical company to communicate with you in the future.
Once you find a prescription offer you like, you can do any of the following:
Visit the offer
By clicking on the green arrow icon, you will immediately be taken to the specific offer for more information and/or to print out the offer itself.
Add the offer to your My Perks page
If you are a member of Prescription Perks (membership is free) you may add a particular offer to your My Perks page. The My Perks page is a quick and easy way to save the offers for all of your medications
in one place so that you can easily come back to them to look for up to date savings.
Tell a Friend
Do you know a friend who could benefit from an offer? Great, simply click on the Tell a Friend icon for any offer, fill in a few details and they will receive an email with a link to the offer.
Your friends will thank you!
When looking for offers on Prescription Perks.com you can search for medication offers in three easy ways:
The Search Form
Simply type in the name of your medication into the search form in the upper right hand corner of the page and you can quickly search our database. Any matches will be returned an you can easily click on the result to learn more about the offer.
Search by Condition
If you are looking for a particular offer or are just curious about the offers that may be available for a certain medical condition, you can easily do so by clicking the Medications by Condition link on the upper menu. You will then be presented with the various medical conditions that have offers on our site and the by clicking on the condition, you will be given a list of the offers from which to choose.
Search by Name
In addition to typing a search term, you can click on the Medications by Name option in the menu bar and choose medication offers by the first letter of the medication name.
Staying up to date
Once you have found the offers that you are looking for, Prescription Perks.com makes it easy to stay up to date. By signing up for a FREE My Perks account you will be able to add medication offers to your My Perks page. You will receive monthly reminders when prescription refills will be needed and then easily be able to search for the most recent/up to date offers all from within your personal My Perks page.
